Cancellation & Refund Policy


We understand that jewellery is an emotional and valuable purchase. Our policies are designed to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

Order Cancellation

  • Standard products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item hasn’t been shipped.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

Refund Eligibility


Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

  • All refund claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or videos for verification.

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment mode.

 

Return Process

  • Returned products must be in original condition, including packaging, invoice, jewellery box, and certificate.

  • Any missing components may result in partial deductions.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever possible; otherwise, customers may ship the product back using an insured courier service.

Deductions

  • In certain cases, making charges, taxes, or courier fees may be deducted from the total refund.

  • Refunds are not applicable for minor differences in color tone, weight, or design detailing due to handcrafted variations.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange on select items is possible after inspection and approval by our quality team.

  • Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
